Beschreibung

• Consult with key stakeholders before and after sales to align project scope with contracted customer expectations • Conduct implementations and upgrades for laboratory departments • Use AI-enabled tools and Clinisys platforms to optimize implementation workflows, analyze data, and support decision-making • Guide clients using Clinisys best-practice recommendations • Deliver client training during implementations and upgrades • Monitor client and departmental feedback and provide process-improvement input • Travel to client sites to install Clinisys software products • Maintain customer satisfaction throughout the customer relationship • Resolve project issues or escalate them to senior staff or management • Collaborate with and mentor other Professional Services Consultants • Organize and prioritize project tasks for timely completion • Complete other assigned projects

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor of Science in Chemical, Biological, or Environmental Sciences, Information Technology, or related degree • 3+ years of experience in an Environmental Science Laboratory • Knowledge of related standards and EPA testing methodologies • 3 years of experience writing SQL queries; Oracle DB knowledge preferred • 3 years of experience with laboratory reporting tools such as Telerik, Actuate, or Crystal • 3 years of experience working with application interfaces such as HL7 or APIs • Understanding of laboratory operations, laboratory information management systems, software applications, and some instrument and third-party interfacing • Ability to understand how multiple systems work together and make recommendations • Strong communication and presentation skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to develop and improve workflow processes and procedures and drive client process improvements • Ability to work independently and manage projects and priorities from start to finish • Preferred: 5 years of experience administering Laboratory Information Management Systems or Clinisys software products and one year working with Clinisys applications such as Horizon/CLS or Sunquest • Preferred: 1+ years of experience with programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python • Preferred: 1 year of experience in a consulting or implementation environment • Experience or exposure to AI tools such as Co-Pilot • Must attend or travel to a Clinisys office on the first day of employment for onboarding • Ability to travel 25–50% to client sites • Ability to lift/carry 15–44 lbs. and stand/walk 2–6 hours • Ability to follow customer-location health and safety requirements, including exposure to hazardous materials or varying weather conditions
