Beschreibung

• Report directly to the Treasurer • Build analytic tools to enhance Treasury infrastructure and increase visibility and value of cash and capital • Build cash forecasting, capital, balance sheet, and risk models to inform strategic decisions • Incorporate AI into treasury model development • Support optimal cash utilization, robust forecasting, and capital adequacy management • Collaborate with finance leadership, accounting, strategic finance, FP&A, and financial operations • Improve short-, medium-, and long-term cash flow forecasts • Integrate cash forecasts into corporate models for budgeting and capital planning • Partner with treasury and financial operations on cash usage strategies • Define and build the core treasury dataset, including cash positions, balance sheet, counterparty, and market data • Establish treasury data sourcing, ownership, quality, and integration standards • Evaluate and implement scalable tools and infrastructure for model building and reporting • Build ALM, cash utilization, capital utilization, interest rate risk, and FX risk models • Design and run stress testing and scenario analysis for cash, capital, and liquidity resilience • Enhance balance sheet modeling with scenario capabilities • Improve treasury reporting for cash, liquidity, funding, and counterparty exposure • Strengthen treasury controls, documentation, and operational processes • Automate reconciliation processes • Ensure compliance with investment policies and capital requirements • Oversee operational support for capital adequacy and liquidity management • Partner with legal, risk, and compliance teams on regulatory and internal governance standards

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field • 7–10+ years of experience in corporate treasury, liquidity management, or a related analytical field • Prior experience at a large bank or major fintech • Experience prompting and using AI for operational efficiencies • Strong understanding of financial statements, cash management structures, forecasting, ALM, core treasury models, and banking products • Experience building or scaling treasury/finance data infrastructure • Proficiency in SQL and BI tools such as Tableau or Looker is a plus • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution • Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States • Experience personally owning a cash flow forecasting model, including designing its drivers • Experience building or materially rebuilding an ALM, interest rate risk, or FX risk model • Treasury experience at a bank or financial services/fintech company • Direct responsibility for inputs to a capital adequacy or liquidity management framework
