• Provide support to customers via chat, audio messages, and email. • Answer questions, resolve issues, and offer effective solutions to our customers. • Provide clear and accurate information about our services. • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and update our database.
🎯 Anforderungen
• 2 years of experience in customer service. • Previous experience in a call center or remote customer service role. • Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish. • Speaking and writing English is a plus. • Passion for wellbeing and customer care. • Strong proficiency with technology tools (video calls, electronic calendars, CRM).
