Beschreibung

• Proactively manage aging accounts using Account Summary aging tools and ensure timely follow-ups • Monitor client collections and placements, identify discrepancies, and report them to management and IT • Maintain accurate Wiki documentation for assigned clients and review procedures quarterly • Oversee and resolve open and pending incidents and tickets • Complete and review monthly reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy • Update CMR tickets with meeting notes, reports, and client process changes • Maintain a contingency plan to meet client service level expectations • Ensure compliance with data collection, reporting, and auditing activities • Deliver client-specific reports within established timelines • Manage customer service issues and client requests through timely response, resolution, and follow-up • Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers • Meet deadlines while managing interruptions and shifting priorities • Adhere to HIPAA regulations and safeguard patient information • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• GED/High School Diploma or equivalent • 2+ years of experience in analytical thinking and problem-solving • 3+ years of clerical experience • 2+ years of experience in a healthcare-related environment or industry • Knowledge of customer service best practices • Knowledge of 10-key touch typing • Knowledge of client requirements and guidelines • Understanding of billing and recovery cycle • Understanding of legal rules and regulations pertaining to billing, collections, and HIPAA • Working knowledge of Windows-based systems and Microsoft Office products • Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute • Interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills • Ability to fluently communicate in and understand English • Ability to multitask, manage time, monitor performance, and communicate clearly • Ability to work at a stationary workstation for 8 hours • Ability to use a desktop computer or laptop, mouse, and keyboard • Ability to communicate clearly over a telephone system
