Beschreibung

• Support the creation and execution of a Broker Distribution strategy • Meet annual sales goals established by Sales Leadership • Deliver the Workforce Benefits story to the broker community • Strengthen, deepen, and grow broker relationships • Conduct broker meetings with assigned brokers • Drive an appropriate pipeline of RFPs each month • Build and advance local broker relationships to drive sales and increase the Pacific Life brand • Demonstrate proficiency in Pacific Life group products • Maintain connections with underwriting, product, pricing, regulatory compliance, and actuarial pricing teams • Use established and innovative approaches, tools, and partners to enable growth objectives • Prioritize customer and broker viewpoints in decision-making • Participate in industry and community activities • Represent Pacific Life at legislative platforms, industry events, and community activities • Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required • Report directly to the Regional Sales Manager

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years’ experience in group benefits sales with an established presence in the broker marketplace • College degree with concentration in business management, finance, or risk management, or equivalent work experience is required • Ability to seek and analyze data from varied sources to support decisions and align others with organizational strategy • Entrepreneurial and creative approach to developing innovative ideas • Ability to seek opinions, process feedback, and take smart risks • High degree of integrity and ability to act transparently and consistently • Self-reflective, aware of personal limitations, and committed to continuous improvement • Mindset for breakthrough innovations and business models that create stakeholder value • Strong performance orientation and drive for results • Strong analytical skills, including grasping complexities and perceiving relationships among business and financial issues • Ability to respectfully and confidently collaborate and communicate with various stakeholders
