Beschreibung

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for corporate and client-facing positions • Conduct intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate evaluation, offer support, pre-employment activities, and handoff to onboarding • Partner with hiring leaders to clarify role requirements and establish recruiting plans and timelines • Adjust sourcing strategies based on business priorities and labor-market conditions • Develop competitive, internally equitable offers within approved compensation ranges • Track, analyze, and present recruiting performance metrics including time to fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness, candidate conversion, offer acceptance, and hiring progress • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles • Develop role-specific interview questions, structured interview guides, and candidate evaluation materials • Organize and lead large-scale hiring events across multiple markets • Ensure a positive, professional, and inclusive candidate experience

🎯 Anforderungen

• At least three years of full-cycle recruiting experience managing multiple concurrent searches in a fast-paced environment • Experience supporting both corporate and high-volume hiring preferred • Excellent collaboration, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills • Strong ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, and virtual interviewing tools • Ability to quickly learn new recruiting technology • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and multitask • Demonstrated ability to use sourcing tools, Boolean search techniques, talent-market data, and recruiting metrics • Ability to maintain a work schedule supporting business operations and candidate activity across Central, Eastern, and Mountain time zones • Experience with agency or in-house recruiting preferred • Creative sourcing skills preferred • Experience maintaining recruiting content, templates, and shared resources in platforms such as SharePoint preferred • Experience working cross-departmentally with HR, Marketing, and product-focused teams preferred • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant recruiting experience • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred • Professional workspace and reliable connectivity for remote work • Ability to travel up to 25%
