Beschreibung

• Own the product roadmap and manage features from ideation through delivery across the product lifecycle • Navigate product dependencies, risks, and milestones across multiple teams • Prioritize impactful features aligned with customer needs, business goals, and security standards • Make data-driven product tradeoff decisions • Lead and influence Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams through development, delivery, and launch • Drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment on goals, timelines, and execution • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy • Evaluate product outcomes against KPIs and use customer and usage data to refine the roadmap • Align internal stakeholders and external partners on product goals and integrate requirements into execution plans • Build relationships with customers, partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders • Define and track product success metrics • Drive continuous product improvements using data insights • Provide strategic leadership in product planning and decision-making • Align product initiatives with company objectives • Guide less experienced product managers and cross-functional team members

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s Degree • 8+ years of experience in a Product Manager role • Proven track record of delivering successful outcomes • Ability to execute product roadmaps and balance strategic vision with tactical delivery • Ability to prioritize effectively and make tradeoff decisions in fast-paced environments • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration experience • Ability to influence stakeholders • Deep customer and market insight • Ability to translate customer insights into impactful product features • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and take ownership of product direction and execution • Expertise in using data and metrics for product decisions, success tracking, and performance optimization • Strong understanding of security standards • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to communicate product vision and strategy to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Experience managing and mentoring junior product managers or other team members • Scrum Product Owner certification preferred • Deep domain expertise in payroll, benefits, time & labor, or human capital management preferred • Ability to sit for extended periods, typically 7–8 hours per day • Ability to operate computers and phone systems, type, and use multiple software programs simultaneously
