Beschreibung

• Lead a team and oversee execution of work aligned to project, client, or business objectives • Balance people leadership with operational accountability, including coaching, performance management, and resource planning • Ensure high-quality delivery within defined scope, timelines, and budget • Develop Operational Excellence and OEE plans and execute OpEx and OEE assessments • Serve as a subject matter expert on DMAIC, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, Gemba, 5S, Lean, Six Sigma, and OEE • Mentor project and client teams in the use of OpEx and OEE tools and techniques • Lead cross-functional OpEx and OEE teams in biopharmaceutical facility environments • Establish and monitor KPIs to track business success • Embed OpEx and OEE improvements into standardized work processes • Lead teams of approximately 10–20 people and set milestone targets and business improvements • Develop and deploy visual management systems • Influence clients to adopt bold, business-driven approaches • Support financial performance, operational efficiency, continuous improvement, project planning, cost, schedule, and performance management • Travel domestically to meet client project requests

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s Degree (and/or Masters) in Life Sciences, Engineering, Regulatory or related discipline, or equivalent experience in quality assurance, cGMP facility start-up, regulatory assurance, relevant military and/or professional services • 13–16+ years of directly relevant experience • 7+ years of GMP experience • Bio-Pharmaceutical experience in Drug Substance, Drug Product, and Packaging technologies • Experience designing and implementing an Operational Excellence or Overall Equipment Effectiveness program • Proven experience developing and executing OpEx and OEE strategies and assessments • Expert knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, DMAIC, Value Stream Mapping, Gemba, and 5S • Experience coaching, mentoring, and enabling project and client teams in OpEx and OEE tools • Experience leading OpEx and OEE initiatives and cross-functional teams • Experience defining, tracking, and monitoring KPIs • Experience embedding improvements into standardized work processes • Experience leading teams spanning Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain • Proficient with tools, systems, and software platforms supporting OpEx and OEE analysis and deployment • Black Belt certification in Operational Excellence or Six Sigma highly preferred • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis • Willingness to travel domestically • Valid driver’s license required; cannot employ anyone with an invalid driver’s license
