Sie bietet einen Headless, No-Code anpassbaren Checkout- und Funnel-Builder, KI-gestützte Wiederherstellung von abgelehnten Zahlungen und Zahlungsweiterleitung, tokenisierten Speicher, Abonnement- und Rechnungsverwaltung sowie Analysen zur Optimierung von Genehmigungen, Konversionen und Lebenszeitwert. Das Produkt betont höhere Autorisierungsraten, schnellere wallet-native Checkouts (Apple Pay, Google Pay), Unterstützung für mehrere Prozessoren und Automatisierung der Kundenbindung für Abonnement- und Direktreaktionsmarken.

Beschreibung

• Design, build, and own Phoenix’s checkout and post-purchase system for an agent-native future • Architect and build a modular, high-conversion AI-native checkout and post-purchase system • Own the full-stack vertical slice from React/Next.js through TypeScript/Node services, payment tokenization, and order capture • Build high-performance rendering, gRPC/gRPC-web service boundaries, CDN and edge caching, and supporting data models • Develop LLM-driven flows, tool calling, schema-constrained generation, structured context, and agent memory capabilities • Integrate checkout logic across Stripe, Spreedly, and TSYS within PCI-compliant frontend constraints • Implement analytics hooks, A/B testing, dynamic upsells, post-purchase offers, and funnel optimization • Own SLOs, telemetry, on-call, and incident response for mission-critical checkout systems • Produce clean, tested, documented code, ADRs/RFCs, and an operationalized agentic SDLC • Set Phoenix’s technical bar and raise team velocity and quality through hands-on code and design

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years building and shipping web platforms with staff/principal-level impact as a hands-on individual contributor • Deep full-stack expertise in TypeScript/Node (Express, Fastify, or Nest) and React/Next.js or Angular • Strong systems design skills, including SSR, streaming, hydration, CDN/edge caching, gRPC/gRPC-web, and API design • Experience with authentication, pagination, versioning, rate limits, and secure middleware • Data modeling experience with Postgres/MySQL, document stores, and Redis • Daily use of AI coding tools such as Claude Code or equivalent agentic coding setups • Understanding of context windows, memory systems, tool calling, schema-constrained generation, RAG, and evaluation loops • Hands-on experience shipping agentic AI/LLM products to production using the Vercel AI SDK or similar • Testing experience with Jest, integration testing, and Playwright E2E testing • Operability experience with SLO/SLA thinking, telemetry, on-call, and incident response • Excellent written communication and experience producing ADRs/RFCs • Preferred: DTC commerce, checkout, ecommerce tooling, payments/fintech infrastructure, page-builder infrastructure, Kotlin, GCP, advanced caching, Liquid templating, or Shopify ecosystem experience
