Beschreibung

• Modernize existing systems while developing new services • Solve technical challenges related to performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability • Write clean, well-tested, and high-quality code • Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and architectural decisions • Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve engineering practices • Learn and adopt new technologies where they provide clear value • Develop high-performance distributed backend systems and modernize the platform using modern Java and frameworks • Contribute to Playtech Open Platform, a unified network and API connecting Playtech infrastructure with operator systems and gaming provider services

🎯 Anforderungen

• Solid knowledge of modern Java, preferably Java 21/25 • Knowledge of multithreading and concurrency • Good problem-solving skills • Knowledge of algorithms and data structures • General understanding of distributed systems and backend application design • Understanding of database concepts • Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases • Commitment to high-quality, maintainable, and well-tested software • Experience with Spring Framework • Experience with Hibernate/JPA • Experience with Git • Experience with Docker • Knowledge of performance tuning and debugging performance issues is an advantage
