Beschreibung

• Define Podean's media strategy playbook across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, Amazon DSP, Prime Video, and streaming TV ads • Make Amazon Marketing Cloud central to audience strategy, measurement, new-to-brand analysis, path-to-purchase analysis, and incrementality • Raise standards across the US and Canada portfolio through account reviews and hands-on coaching • Extend media rigor to Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, and other retail media networks • Own bid technology and optimization strategy, tooling roadmap, platform partnerships, and capability investments • Set QA standards for pacing, harvesting, and account health; sponsor performance automation • Lead AI adoption in media management and turn successful approaches into repeatable processes • Lead and grow Directors, Senior Managers, and Managers across the US and Canada • Set performance goals, coach senior leaders, and manage complex team situations • Attract, develop, and retain talent • Partner with UK, EU, and APAC media leaders to share best practices • Serve as senior media lead and trusted advisor to enterprise and Tier 1 clients • Manage media budgets, client profitability, forecasting, KPIs, and operational efficiency • Partner with Account Management, Retail, Content, and Analytics on full-funnel growth plans • Lead media content in new-business pitches, including credentials, case studies, and pitchware • Represent Podean at industry events, with Amazon Ads, and on LinkedIn

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years of progressive experience in performance media • 5+ years leading Amazon Ads strategy for brands, ideally within an agency • Expert hands-on knowledge of Sponsored Ads, Amazon DSP, Amazon Marketing Cloud, Amazon Marketing Stream, and Brand Analytics • SQL familiarity is a plus • Deep experience with bid and campaign management tools such as Pacvue, Skai, Perpetua, or similar • Proven success building and scaling media teams, including leading leaders • Track record of measurable client outcomes, including growth, efficiency, and new-to-brand results • Strong commercial and financial acumen, including budget management, forecasting, and client profitability • Pitch experience and ability to lead enterprise client and Amazon partner interactions • Working knowledge of Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, and other retail media networks • Experience managing or partnering with globally distributed teams preferred
