Beschreibung

• Lead the clinical science function across assigned Oncology, Rare Diseases, and/or Autoimmune clinical development programs from study start-up through database lock • Provide scientific and indication-specific expertise for clinical trial data collection, review, interpretation, and issue resolution • Perform holistic individual and aggregate participant data review using proprietary and non-proprietary tools and platforms • Support data capture, query management, clinically relevant data cleaning, and participant safety • Serve as clinical and scientific subject matter expert for eCRF design, data capture requirements, edit checks, completion guidelines, EDC UAT, and ongoing data review • Support Risk Based Quality Management by identifying and addressing study risks, trends, and issues • Collaborate with Medical Monitoring and oversee Medical Monitor review of participant data and findings • Provide scientific-operational protocol review • Support project and financial management, invoicing, and out-of-scope management • Collaborate with Clinical Science management regarding resource needs • Develop and maintain project plans, guidelines, trackers, and programming specifications for data review tools and outputs • Maintain applicable eTMF documentation accurately • Participate in internal and external study meetings and presentations, including facilitating Medical Data Review Meetings • Contribute to study-level strategy, data review processes, and continuous improvement initiatives • Support business development activities, including bid defense meetings and presentations • May review tables, figures, listings, and clinical study reports

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education/experience in science or health-related discipline with proficiency in medical terminology • Minimum of 8 years of clinical research experience or proven competencies for this position • Minimum of 3 years Oncology experience, within the past 1.5 years • Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience • High proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote) • Professional use of the English language, written and oral • Ability to occasionally travel domestically and internationally, including overnight stays, up to approximately 25% • Highly advanced knowledge in oncology and medical terminology • Working knowledge of FDA, ICH-GCP, relevant SOPs, regulatory guidance, and the clinical trial process • Ability to independently manage Clinical Science operations in a global, cross-functional environment • Preferred: medical-related degree, RN, OCN, RPH, PharmD, EDC systems, database build, monitoring/data review, data visualization platforms, phase I–III and global studies
