Beschreibung

• Create and deliver innovative products and business intelligence solutions using healthcare data • Develop value-driven analytics supporting data-driven decisions across the cost and quality continuum • Manage analytics portfolios spanning ambulatory quality, risk-based contract analytics, total cost of care, population health, and service line and specialty analytics • Apply user experience, healthcare operations, business, and technology expertise to solve complex problems • Lead product development using agile best practices • Oversee data collection, client-facing reporting, and use of standard and emerging analytic tools and technologies • Collaborate with business departments inside and outside the Providence Analytics Center of Excellence • Serve as the primary liaison with business partners and stakeholders for the product line • Ensure stakeholder engagement and communication, address general issues, and align product and business strategies • Provide problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and collaboration across diverse technical and product audiences

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or related discipline, or equivalent education/experience • 5 years of progressively increasing management-level experience in project, program, product, and/or people management • Management experience focused on data management, analytics, product design, customer engagement, data science, platform development, or related areas • 5 years of familiarity with analytics tools, platforms, and languages such as SQL, ADO, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools • Experience working with healthcare data and healthcare operations preferred • Knowledge of industry frameworks in the applicable domain preferred
