Beschreibung

• Build and improve applications used daily by customers and communities • Build responsive frontend interfaces and reusable components • Translate product and design requirements into working software • Improve platform usability, accessibility, and performance • Contribute across C#/.NET, ASP.NET MVC, MSSQL, and Azure backend and infrastructure as needed • Own features end to end, turning complex workflows into intuitive product experiences • Collaborate with product managers, designers, technical leads, engineers, and support teams • Understand customer and business requirements for features and enhancements • Implement solutions aligned with product goals and customer feedback • Improve reliability, efficiency, observability, and consistency across systems and operations • Use AI-assisted development tools to implement, debug, test, refactor, document, and evaluate code approaches

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience with React, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, .NET, C#, jQuery, Azure, and DevOps • Ability to leverage AI as a productivity multiplier to solve business problems and improve internal processes • Solid problem-solving and debugging skills • Proficiency in software development best practices, including SOLID principles, design patterns, and testing strategies • Experience designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end features or services of low to moderate complexity • Familiarity with system architecture concepts and ability to articulate trade-offs • Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently on medium to larger scopes • Proactive communication and stakeholder alignment • Leadership qualities, empathy, patience, collaboration, and communication skills • Curiosity and forward-looking approach to improving systems, processes, and team practices • Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, ChatGPT/OpenAI coding tools, or similar is strongly preferred • Required to sign and comply with an Employee Confidential Information Invention Assignment Agreement • Employment contingent upon completion of a criminal background check
