Beschreibung

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for nonprofit and community-based organizations across North America • Partner closely with executive directors, CEOs, board members, and senior leadership teams • Serve as a trusted advisor on hiring strategy, market insights, and candidate alignment • Recruit for a wide range of roles, including: Executive and senior leadership, Development and advancement, Finance, operations, and HR, Program, education, and community engagement • Proactively source candidates through networks, referrals, and relationship-based outreach • Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and client organizations • Contribute to business development efforts, including new client introductions and expanded engagements • Represent Purple Unicorn’s thoughtful, high-touch, values-driven approach in all interactions

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on nonprofit organizations • Demonstrated success working with values-driven, community-focused clients • Deep understanding of nonprofit leadership structures, boards, and stakeholder dynamics • Strong relationship-building skills and high emotional intelligence • Comfort operating as a strategic partner rather than a transactional recruiter • Existing nonprofit or community-based networks in the Northeast strongly preferred • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple searches • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
