Beschreibung

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Regional Vice Presidents carrying individual quotas • Set performance expectations, provide feedback, and drive accountability to exceed revenue goals • Work deals directly and help RVPs win • Review, manage, and support RVP deal strategy and execution from account strategy through contract close • Support development of relationships with C-level decision-makers in health systems and radiology groups • Implement and refine sales processes and operating rhythms for forecast accuracy, pipeline health, and deal execution • Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Executive Leadership on strategic growth initiatives • Recruit ahead of plan and assess team structure, territory coverage, and resource allocation • Build a team culture rooted in transparency, excellence, ownership, and mission-driven healthcare transformation

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10+ years in healthcare technology sales • 3+ years leading enterprise sales teams of quota-carrying representatives, with a track record of exceeding team-level targets • Experience leading complex healthcare sales cycles into hospitals, health systems, or physician groups • Demonstrated ability to manage performance through metrics and pipeline analysis • Ability to travel 50%+ of the time • Ability to hire, inspire, and develop strong sales talent • Elite communication and listening skills • Ownership-oriented approach • Data-driven and highly organized • Comfortable collaborating across teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Preferred: prior experience selling AI, SaaS, or enterprise solutions into healthcare or health tech startups • Preferred: experience scaling sales teams and territories during rapid growth • Preferred: familiarity with radiology, imaging IT, or related healthcare ecosystems • Preferred: existing relationships with health system and radiology group executives in the West • Must be authorized to work lawfully in the US • Experience selling complex SaaS products to enterprise customers
