Beschreibung

• Manage all recruiting and hiring needs for Advantage Behavioral Health Services, including Harmony Bay Wellness and Victory Bay Recovery • Develop and implement the overall recruiting strategy alongside the Senior Recruiter • Collaborate with hiring managers to fulfill and anticipate part-time, full-time, independent contractor, and intern staffing needs • Understand position requirements and details with hiring managers • Meet monthly hiring targets • Coordinate with HR to support the transition from recruitment through hiring and onboarding • Build and maintain relationships with schools and institutions • Facilitate on-site and external hiring events • Connect, dialogue, and negotiate job offers with employees at all levels • Use in-house recruiting software • Leverage social media for marketing reach • Provide feedback to improve the recruiting experience • Monitor changing employment laws and competencies • Recommend policies and practices, monitor job offers and compensation practices, and emphasize benefits and perks • Cover other staff and assume additional department responsibilities as needed • Participate in educational training, orientations, and compliance programs

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's Degree required • Proven success in full life-cycle recruitment, including managing multiple high-need roles simultaneously • Strong interviewing skills • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) required • Strong computer skills meeting Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Record software requirements • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Outstanding communication, organization, and project management skills • Ability to read, write, and spell in English legibly and without excessive errors • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and multiple tasks • Ability to work under pressure and handle interruptions • Ability to function independently and with flexibility • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs • Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings • Must comply with applicable state and federal laws and regulations
