Beschreibung

• Partner with hiring managers, regional leaders, and department heads to understand staffing needs and translate business priorities into targeted recruitment strategies • Source, screen, interview, and manage candidates through offer negotiation and onboarding handoff • Build and maintain relationships with community organizations, schools, workforce agencies, and local industry contacts • Represent Towne at career fairs, community events, and industry associations • Track recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire • Ensure recruitment activity complies with employment law and Towne policy • Manage a seamless, high-touch candidate experience from initial contact through final offer • Partner with HR, Operations, and leadership on workforce planning, new-hire onboarding, and process improvement • Travel up to 20% as required

🎯 Anforderungen

• Equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be considered in lieu of a degree • Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience • Experience ideally within hospitality, healthcare, commercial real estate, or another multi-site service industry • Experience business partnering directly with hiring managers and building local community or industry relationships strongly preferred • Strong relationship-building, consultative, and communication skills • Full-cycle recruiting expertise, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter • Ability to track and report recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Working knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements, including EEO, ADA, and FLSA • PHR, SHRM-CP, or AIRS/CIR recruiting certification preferred but not required • Must be located on the East Coast • Travel of up to 20% may be required
