Beschreibung

• Build advanced AI agents that perform real work for app developers • Ship agentic features to thousands of developers • Shape the foundation for orchestration, tool execution, context management, evaluation, and human-in-the-loop controls • Develop and improve RevenueCat's Rico subscription-business agent • Develop and improve RevenueCat's Astra paywall-building agent • Scope, prioritize, and drive product rollouts in partnership with Product • Ship user-facing features, monitor usage and adoption, and improve them over time • In the first month, learn tools, processes, subscription concepts, debugging tools, infrastructure, and architecture • Ship an initial feature demonstrating how Rico and Astra interact with RevenueCat APIs • Fix bugs, ship small improvements, and participate in pull-request reviews • Within three months, ship a medium-sized project, ideally an agentic feature reaching tens of thousands of developers • Develop opinions on and improve agent infrastructure, orchestration, evaluation pipeline, tool framework, and trust and permissions layer • Scope and execute projects from idea through post-launch improvements • Participate in code reviews, bug bashes, and technical discussions • Become the go-to engineer for focus areas • Make Rico and Astra more reliable, faster, and capable • Contribute to broader architecture discussions • Mentor incoming engineers • Talk directly with customers to understand product impact • Debug issues across frontend, backend, and data; communicate during incidents and drive preventative fixes • Learn incident response and join the on-call rotation • Build infrastructure for the team to ship agents on top of • Write proposals and drive major architecture discussions • Specify and architect large projects, gather feedback, and drive design validation and rollout plans • Help make RevenueCat an AI-native company by building its underlying agent engine • Develop initiatives to improve products and systems based on customer priorities

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8+ years of experience shipping production systems • Built agents that other people actually use and the systems around them: tool use, structured output, context management, evaluation, orchestration • Strong backend fundamentals; experience building reliable, observable, and secure systems • High bar for quality and ability to cut scope while delivering value • Customer-obsessed approach • Builder mindset: scoping, prioritizing, and driving rollout in partnership with Product • Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with and improve code written by others • Bias toward shipping and iterating • Clear communication in real-time and asynchronously • Shipped meaningful user-facing features to production, monitored usage and adoption, and improved them over time • High-quality, well-tested coding; methodical debugging; thoughtful feedback and mentorship • Comfortable noticing problems, proposing improvements, and following through quickly • Comfortable with ambiguity in an early-stage product • Self-directed approach • Curiosity and staying current on AI tools and practices • Habit of sharing learnings • Ideally, familiarity with subscription business models, app stores, or developer tools • Ideally, experience with OpenAI/Anthropic APIs specifically • Ideally, experience with observability frameworks such as Langfuse or Langchain • Ideally, experience building Slack integrations • Ideally, contributions to open source AI/ML tooling • Ideally, experience maintaining systems at scale
