Beschreibung

• Set the product strategy for rentals across Redfin, Rent.com, and ApartmentGuide.com on web and apps • Own the rentals roadmap end-to-end, from search and discovery to re-engagement and contacting properties • Lead, coach, and grow a team of four product managers who own the rentals experience across the sites and apps • Build the bridge from renting to buying, making Redfin the natural next step for renters ready to become homeowners • Improve the self-service experience for Redfin homeowners posting their property for rent • Own rentals growth and engagement metrics, guide experiments, and use results to inform rollouts and next steps • Keep executives and business stakeholders aligned with updates on strategy, tradeoffs, results, and next steps • Report to the Senior Director of Product, Rentals and AI

🎯 Anforderungen

• 8+ years of product management experience shipping consumer web and mobile experiences to millions of users • 3+ years managing and developing product managers • Track record of growing strong product managers and building healthy, high-performing teams • Experience in real estate, proptech, or the rentals space is a plus, but not required • Ability to create a multi-quarter product vision and unblock product decisions • Experience making data-driven decisions through deep analysis and rigorous A/B testing • Deep customer empathy and ability to understand renter behavior • Strong communication skills to turn complex problem spaces into clear plans for engineers, designers, and executives • Ability to learn new subject areas quickly and work through ambiguity • AI-native preferred; daily use of AI tools for writing specifications, prototyping, data analysis, and productivity
