Beschreibung

• Manage cradle-to-grave contract activities, including proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and contract closeout • Communicate with customers and manage contracts and contractual changes • Coordinate invoicing and fulfill contract requirements according to company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications • Apply business acumen and subject matter expertise to understand program performance requirements, provide guidance, and influence results supporting program and financial objectives • Work with Program Management leadership, the Office of General Counsel, and cross-functional peers • Support program gate reviews, program management reviews, business strategy sessions, proposal reviews, risk management activities, and other contractual matters • Develop creative solutions and resolve contractual matters with cross-functional team members • Manage contractual scope and terms and conditions • Analyze RFPs, develop and review proposals, coordinate negotiations, implement contracts, and administer contracts • Investigate and resolve complex contractual matters using critical thinking, detailed information gathering, creative contracting techniques, and stakeholder collaboration • Provide strategic advice on contractual rights and obligations, regulations, and policies/procedures to mitigate risks and unauthorized changes • Manage routine and complex contract and proposal activities and respond to emerging quick-response requirements • Support the JPALS program within the Resilient Connectivity Products Portfolio

🎯 Anforderungen

• University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience • Must have or be capable of obtaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance; active and existing security clearance required after day 1 • U.S. citizenship required because only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance • Experience with U.S. Government fixed-price and cost-type contracts under FAR and DFARS • Experience as a Contracts Lead and/or leading contract negotiations with customers • Experience with the Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA) process • Experience administering and negotiating complex proposals and contracts preferred • Strong interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders preferred • Ability to develop effective relationships with internal and external customers based on respect and trust preferred • Experience interfacing with DCAA and DCMA supporting proposal reviews, audits, and fact-finding preferred • Minimal domestic travel
