Beschreibung

• Lead planning and execution of complex EHR and system integration projects • Manage project scope, schedule, requirements, issues, and risks • Share project management best practices and identify process improvement opportunities • Present integration progress, performance, and KPI reports to stakeholders • Translate technical concepts for cross-functional audiences • Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executives • Evaluate emerging technologies, integration tools, and industry best practices • Evaluate technical process and concept recommendations using business strategy and performance considerations • Develop strategies and solutions for system interoperability and data exchange between EHR platforms • Provide advanced technical guidance on integration standards and practices to product development teams • Conceptualize, document, and present integration solutions to senior management • Support company mission, values, and Quality Management System policies and procedures • Maintain regular and reliable attendance • Model an inclusion mindset • Travel between Exact Science locations and travel up to 10% of working time

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, or High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree • 5–7 years of experience in EHR integration, healthcare IT management, or IT project management • Possession and maintenance of Epic Bridges certification throughout employment • Expert knowledge of integration solutions such as point-to-point and API • Expert knowledge of EHR systems such as Epic and Cerner • Expert knowledge of integration standards such as HL7 and FHIR • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to influence and persuade relevant audiences • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills • Competence with HIPAA and HITECH healthcare regulations • Proficient computer skills, including internet navigation and email usage • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneNote • Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodation • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship • PMI Project Management Certification is preferred
