Beschreibung

• Deliver Digital Technology work across the Blueprint, Build, Test, Cutover Deployment, and Hypercare phases of the S/4HANA Plant Maintenance implementation • Collaborate with business, digital, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and guide effective S/4HANA use for Plant Maintenance and related master data • Design and implement S/4HANA solutions supporting Plan to Sustain processes and the RTX operating model • Facilitate end-to-end process mapping between S/4HANA and related boundary systems • Lead requirements gathering, data mappings, configuration, build, and testing • Serve as liaison across cross-functional teams during Build, Test, Cutover, Implementation, and Hypercare phases • Coordinate Digital Technology, Business Unit, Corporate, System Integrator, and PMO activities • Create and maintain configuration design documents, functional and technical specifications, and test plans • Lead S/4HANA testing and defect remediation • Assist data and process teams with data mapping and testing • Ensure future readiness across Plan to Sustain functional areas • Travel up to 25% or as needed

🎯 Anforderungen

• University Degree and minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience, or 14 years of relevant experience in the absence of a degree • Experience configuring and supporting SAP ERP • Technical knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance, including Equipment, Functional Locations, Notifications, Task Lists, and Maintenance Plans • Hands-on experience supporting data cleansing and migration activities • Experience leading large-scale, complex business process and system transformation initiatives, particularly ERP implementations • Experience with SAP S/4HANA in manufacturing environments is ideal • Knowledge of Plant Maintenance, Product Compliance, and Dangerous Goods Management • Experience working on large, complex aerospace and defense enterprise projects or similarly regulated large organizations is preferred • Experience with agile frameworks or iterative approaches to software development and implementation projects is preferred • U.S. citizenship is required; only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under the program/contract • Ability to travel up to 25% or as needed
