Beschreibung

• Define and execute the product vision for Runpod’s AI cloud platform • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for serverless endpoints, GPU instances (Pods), AI foundational services, developer APIs, and the overall user experience • Build and lead a high-performing product and design organization • Define the long-term vision and short-term roadmap for Runpod’s product suite • Anticipate AI/ML ecosystem needs and position Runpod as a premier infrastructure choice • Spend significant time with ML engineers, AI startups, and enterprise customers to uncover friction points, gather requirements, and validate feature concepts • Hire, mentor, and grow product managers, UI/UX designers, and technical writers • Establish a culture of high standards, user empathy, and rapid iteration • Partner with Infrastructure, Engineering, and GTM leadership • Ensure roadmaps are technically feasible, reliable, and delivered on time • Translate complex infrastructure capabilities into seamless developer experiences • Define pricing models for compute, storage, and serverless usage • Guide product marketing on positioning and launch strategies • Establish metrics-driven product management using analytics, churn data, and customer feedback • Prioritize the backlog to maximize business impact • Champion the developer experience across the console, CLI, APIs, and SDKs • Ensure products are intuitive, well-documented, and reduce time-to-value for new users

🎯 Anforderungen

• 7+ years of product management experience • At least 3+ years in a leadership role managing other PMs and designers in a hyper-growth environment • Deep experience building SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, or developer-facing products • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, GPUs, Kubernetes, and AI/ML workflows • Ability to engage deeply with engineering and infrastructure leaders • Understanding of modern backend architectures, API design, and distributed systems • Demonstrated ability to turn complex, ambiguous problems into successful, shipped products with measurable business outcomes • Experience building culture, alignment, and momentum across distributed technical and commercial teams • Exceptional written and verbal communication • Successful completion of a background check • Direct experience launching products for MLOps, model training, serverless inference, or LLM deployment (preferred) • Strong public presence or active engagement with AI/ML and open-source developer communities (preferred) • Previous experience as a software engineer, ML engineer, or data scientist before transitioning to product management (preferred) • Eligible to work in the United States • Runpod is currently unable to sponsor employment visas
