Beschreibung

• Lead negotiation, financial evaluation, problem solving, and legal research for Ryder's real estate portfolio • Manage all real estate activities and drive corporate real estate objectives • Perform complex real estate financial analysis and analyze broker opinions of value and other valuation methods • Negotiate and finalize real estate contract terms and conditions • Provide real estate subject matter expertise to internal business customers • Develop and communicate real estate strategies for business units, regions, and headquarters • Coordinate with Legal, Environmental, Risk, Safety, Operations, Business Development, and business-unit leadership • Report to the Senior Manager of Real Estate • Manage real estate transactions from start to finish, including sourcing brokers, locating properties, valuations, negotiations, and execution • Lead cross-functional internal teams and manage external consultants including architects, engineers, and brokers • Coordinate portfolio projects requiring construction or equipment installation • Evaluate portfolio improvement initiatives and develop short- and long-term strategic plans • Conduct market tests to evaluate alternatives and competitive economics • Drive portfolio process improvement and eliminate waste • Maintain accurate and current real estate database records • Ensure transactions comply with internal approval controls, RCE processes, and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree required in real estate, business, finance, or related field • Five (5) years or more professional experience in commercial real estate-related jobs required • Project management skills • Effective negotiation skills • Ability to influence change and exercise leadership • Ability to create and maintain professional relationships across all organizational levels • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team • Flexibility and self-direction in a fast-paced environment • Multitasking, organization, and excellent time management skills • Detailed orientation with excellent follow-up practices • Excellent collaboration and team-building skills • Master's degree in real estate or related field preferred
