Beschreibung

• Design and develop innovative software solutions for client and business needs • Analyze user requirements and software specifications • Design scalable and functional applications and solutions • Develop software programs and systems using multiple programming languages and technologies • Participate in proof-of-concepts for emerging technologies • Help identify and accelerate adoption of leading engineering practices • Ensure adherence to technology standards, change management, release management, application lifecycle, and enterprise architecture best practices • Own the deployment pipeline and ensure commits are automatically tested, security-scanned, and deployed through modern CI/CD tools • Document software through code, diagrams, charts, Markdown, and other documentation systems • Collaborate with software engineers, project managers, product owners, QA engineers, and business stakeholders • Participate in the full software development lifecycle from planning through deployment and support • Assist with code reviews and contribute to technology standards, best practices, and software development lifecycle processes • Stay current with industry developments and technological advancements • Report directly to the Senior Software Development Manager

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience • Familiarity with modern application architectures and coding, including backend and frontend development • Experience with Python, Node.js, jQuery, Angular, React, Flask, or similar technologies • Experience with SQL, NoSQL, and other database types • Experience with web services and APIs, including RESTful and SOAP • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS • Experience with AI-powered development tools for code acceleration, quality, and automated testing • Experience building AI-integrated capabilities • Experience with lean and Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills • Strong organization, prioritization, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Initiative, innovation, good judgment, and ability to work independently under pressure in a changing environment • Ability to make timely, sound decisions when solutions are unclear, risk is variable, and information is ambiguous
