Beschreibung

• Lead a team in the design, development, maintenance, testing, and debugging of software • Formulate and define system scope and objectives for assigned projects • Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems • Prepare detailed specifications for program development • Conduct quality assurance reviews • Support project completion and user satisfaction • Provide guidance and training to the assigned team • Determine the impact and compatibility of new programs with existing system operations • Oversee development of system specifications through interaction with business users and sponsors • Determine project feasibility • Project software and hardware requirements • Ensure SDLC guidelines are followed • Lead software development, modification, and maintenance • Prepare administrator and end-user documentation • Direct analyst/programmers and assign, prioritize, and monitor workload • Prepare status reports for the department manager • Ensure project completion conforms to goals and requirements • Maintain cooperative project-team relationships • Keep up-to-date with technology changes and direction • Support the organization's quality programs • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required; Information Systems or Computer Science major preferred • Nine (9) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required • Five (5) years of program development experience • Three (3) years of specialized programming relative to program needs • Working knowledge of claims management applications preferred • Knowledge of applications systems analysis and programming • Knowledge of claims management systems • High level of self-motivation • Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products • Leadership skills • Analytical and interpretive skills • Strong organizational skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a team environment • Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
