Beschreibung

• Manage the end-to-end hiring lifecycle across 6 Pennsylvania franchise locations, from intake meetings and job design to sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer extensions, and onboarding handoffs • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for restoration, management, and field operations roles using job boards, LinkedIn, headhunting, cold outreach, and local trade networks • Collaborate with Franchise Managers and leadership to forecast hiring needs, align on candidate profiles, and streamline selection processes • Optimize interview frameworks, tracking systems, and candidate communication touchpoints • Track Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, and Retention metrics to optimize talent strategies and maximize bonus potential • Own talent acquisition strategy, talent pipeline development, hiring strategy, and employer brand elevation for all 6 Pennsylvania locations

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition management experience • Direct recruitment experience in the Restoration Industry, Construction, Trades, Logistics, or multi-location Field Services is strongly preferred • Proven ability to manage non-exempt and exempt recruitment across multiple operational sites or franchise locations simultaneously • Must reside in and operate strictly within Eastern Standard Time (EST) working hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday) • Exceptional interpersonal skills • Strong negotiation ability • Self-driven, metric-focused mindset • Resume detailing full-cycle recruiting track record and industry experience
