Beschreibung

• Provide professional, courteous, and appreciative assistance on every phone call • Offer exceptional, personalized solutions tailored to each customer’s needs • Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions • Confidently multitask: document, research, and engage with customers in real time • Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and represent Signet positively at all times • Meet or exceed production, call-efficiency, schedule-adherence, and quality expectations • Manage escalated concerns with empathy, patience, and professionalism

🎯 Anforderungen

• Previous experience in customer service or customer support • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish • Ability to multitask with accuracy and attention to detail • Comfortable with data entry, Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic math • Analytical mindset to interpret feedback and drive continuous improvement • Bilingual skills (especially Spanish) are a plus
