Beschreibung

• Protect, renew, and expand Smartcat’s enterprise and strategic customer base • Own gross renewals across a defined portfolio of enterprise and strategic accounts • Run the full renewal lifecycle, including risk identification, stakeholder alignment, commercial positioning, negotiation, and close • Defend existing ARR and prevent churn through proactive engagement and value articulation • Drive expansion ARR through cross-sell and upsell motions across new teams, departments, regions, and workflows • Identify whitespace and expansion triggers within existing customers • Manage approximately 35 accounts with a fast, repeatable operating cadence • Build and maintain multi-threaded relationships with business owners, functional leaders, procurement, finance, and executive stakeholders • Lead renewal and expansion negotiations based on business impact, ROI, productivity, and efficiency gains • Translate Smartcat’s AI-powered platform into clear, outcome-driven customer value • Partner with Field Delivery Engineers for technical and solution needs • Own customer momentum, alignment, and outcomes end-to-end without dedicated CSM support • Own renewal and expansion forecasts, call risk early, generate pipeline, and maintain CRM hygiene

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3–5+ years of experience in Account Management, Renewal Management, or Enterprise AM roles in high-growth SaaS • Proven track record owning renewals and expansion within existing accounts • Experience managing large account portfolios at velocity • Strong executive communication and negotiation skills • Comfort traveling and being onsite with customers • Experience selling into enterprise buying environments • Commercial ownership beyond Customer Success-only responsibilities • Ability to manage renewal, expansion, executive relationship, forecasting, and negotiation motions
