Beschreibung

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules, and features, including Incident, Request, Change, and Problem Management • Develop Service Portal solutions, custom applications, UI components, and mobile experiences • Build and maintain client-side and server-side scripts • Configure and extend ServiceNow workflows, flows, business rules, UI policies, and UI actions • Evaluate business and technical requirements and recommend implementation approaches • Gather partner requirements and analyze functional and technical needs • Guide requirements through design, development, testing, and deployment • Advise partners on automating, enhancing, and optimizing processes using ServiceNow • Design, develop, and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems • Ensure data integrity, security, and reliability across integrations • Provide guidance on ServiceNow database design and schema usage • Support incident resolution and platform stability and reliability • Monitor performance and troubleshoot functionality and performance issues • Participate in system testing • Support system availability during maintenance windows, platform impacts, or degraded performance, including outside normal business hours • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and data flow models • Communicate with partners from end-users to senior leadership • Collaborate with developers on code quality, standards, and best practices • Support project planning, delivery, releases, and deployments using Agile methodologies • Work with ServiceNow and third-party vendors to resolve technical issues • Perform administrator functions when needed • Contribute to platform improvements, innovation initiatives, and process enhancements • Perform other responsibilities as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3+ years of experience developing within the ServiceNow platform or similar enterprise platforms • Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or related field • Equivalent experience in lieu of degree acceptable • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer • Information Technology Service Management Certification (or equivalent ITSM certification) • Experience writing code, building Application Programming Interface, custom connectors, and platform customizations • Experience with software architecture principles, database design, data structures, and software development lifecycles • Experience troubleshooting and enhancing existing code and applications • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated, properly equipped workspace free of distractions • Must reside in and work from one of the approved states
