Beschreibung

• Report to the Head of Intelligence • Lead insights projects end-to-end, from research design and analysis through to visualisation and delivery • Manage high-value client programmes, ensuring work is delivered on time, to brief and to budget • Own client briefs, budgets and delivery for high-value projects and reporting programmes • Act as a trusted senior partner to clients and identify opportunities to grow account scope • Lead new business pitches for the Insights team and deliver proposals independently, with oversight from the Head of Intelligence • Contribute to and lead proposals and scopes with the Head of Intelligence and Client Services • Upsell work and identify commercial growth opportunities • Manage junior team members and be responsible for delivery standards • Coach and mentor junior team members • Build strategic relationships across the agency • Promote Social Element through trade press, supported blogs, conferences and networking events • Suggest new reading, techniques and tools to keep the department innovative • Stay current on social platforms, social listening vendors and cultural trends

🎯 Anforderungen

• Strong experience in social and other insights tools (e.g. Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Talkwalker, Brandwatch) • Experience with Global Web Index or similar is a bonus • Proven commercial experience, including upselling work and scoping/resourcing projects • Experience in line management • Ideally experience innovating your own products or solutions • Fantastic attention to detail, organisational and time management skills • Honed storytelling skills and confidence presenting your own work and coaching others to present theirs • Curious, proactive approach with a can-do attitude • Ability to work in a team and independently while staying self-motivated • Competence in Microsoft/Google Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel • Extensive experience working in a senior social intelligence role • Agency experience in social or integrated agency environments • Experience working for multi-market clients • Bonus: experience working on automotive, financial services, retail or travel accounts • UK-based
