Beschreibung

• Manage the entire life-cycle recruiting process from prospecting to hiring qualified candidates • Develop job postings and search strategies based on strategic needs • Review applicants, screen and evaluate candidates, and support the final selection process • Identify candidates using internal ATS, CRM platforms, external tools, vendor resources, career fairs, and other sourcing methods • Partner with hiring managers and departments to determine job requirements • Take ownership of each step in the recruitment process • Meet or exceed Talent Acquisition KPIs and metrics • Maintain real-time candidate documentation in ATS and CRM systems • Attend hiring events and community engagement activities • Develop candidate pipelines and support hiring activities • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of relevant experience/education • Significant and direct experience in recruiting may be considered in lieu of a bachelor’s degree • Three years’ relevant work experience • Experience recruiting in imaging preferred by the job highlights • Frequent keyboard use/data entry • Ability to perform frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling of objects weighing 0–25 lbs. • Ability to perform occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling of objects weighing 25–50 lbs. • Ability to perform frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching, and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements • Ability to use vision and depth perception for near and far distances and distinguish colors • Ability to hear alarms and malfunctioning machinery • Ability to perform occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting, and gripping • Rare climbing • No professional license or certification required
