Beschreibung

• Lead client engagements, mentoring accounting professionals and driving exceptional service delivery. • Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned outsourced accounting clients. • Build trusted advisor relationships and manage engagement timelines, deliverables, and service expectations. • Oversee the delivery of outsourced accounting services, ensuring compliance with GAAP. • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Project Accountants and Senior Project Accountants. • Participate in business development activities and contribute to practice growth initiatives.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • 7+ years of progressive accounting experience. • Prior experience leading or supervising accounting professionals. • Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and month-end close processes. • Experience managing multiple client engagements and competing priorities. • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills. • Proficiency with accounting software, Deltek ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications. • CPA license or active progress toward CPA licensure preferred. • Experience in outsourced accounting, consulting, client accounting services (CAS), or professional services environments preferred. • Experience with accounting automation tools and process improvement initiatives preferred.
