Beschreibung

• Provides Nationwide title services • Responsible for evaluating titles for property • Responsible for reviewing the title commitment and preliminary reports to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance across transactions • Performs centralized clerical processing of documents related to accurate and timely title production • Analyzes reports to identify trends, recurring issues and root causes and makes recommendations for process improvements • Provides customer service to external clients and field escrow offices; may act as a liaison working with multiple parties to coordinate the resolution and completion of the title process • Provides support to branch operations by performing administrative duties and providing a high level of customer support related to accurate and timely title production • Follows standard procedures, guidelines, and compliance standards across our client platform • Understands how assigned duties relate to others within the team and how the team integrates with related teams • Impacts own team through high-quality, detail-oriented work • Recognizes and solves typical problems; selects solutions from established processes and judgment • Communicates moderately complex information in routine situations, typically within own team • Works under general supervision with limited ability to modify processes; Individual contributor having no supervisory responsibilities; manages own workload

🎯 Anforderungen

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred • Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience
