Beschreibung

• Serve as the primary operational partner to Portfolio Vice Presidents and school leaders • Provide strategic guidance and support for school operations, compliance, enrollment, staffing, student services, and organizational performance • Lead and execute operational initiatives, cross-functional projects, and school growth efforts, including new school launches, expansions, and enrollment growth initiatives • Ensure operational readiness and successful implementation of initiatives • Monitor and analyze operational, financial, enrollment, and compliance data • Identify trends, assess risks, and develop solutions supporting performance goals, student success, and organizational growth • Ensure compliance with federal, state, authorizer, and organizational requirements • Implement policies, conduct operational reviews, mitigate risks, and support audit readiness • Drive continuous improvement by evaluating processes and resolving operational challenges • Develop scalable procedures, tools, resources, and training • Foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders • Provide leadership, functional direction, and strategic support to School Operations Managers and other operational staff

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Education Administration, Public Administration, or related field • Eight (8) or more years of progressively responsible operational leadership experience • Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with enterprise-wide impact • Experience developing operational strategy, process improvements, and organizational solutions • Great organizational and time management skills • Strong technology skills • Experience using a student information system and/or other type of database • Strong written and verbal communication skills • MS 365 proficiency • Web proficiency • Ability to travel 20% of the time • Ability to clear required background check • Formal project management experience in a fast-paced or start-up environment is desired • Non-profit / education grants management experience is desired • Experience managing online learning schools is desired
