Beschreibung

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Senior Managers • Set the strategic agenda and prioritization for the Large Pro Strategy function • Build and refine frameworks, processes, and standards of rigor for team output • Represent the team's work to senior leadership and cross-functional executive stakeholders • Hire and onboard new team members as the function scales • Own complex, high-visibility strategic initiatives from concept through execution and success measurement • Analyze data, identify improvement opportunities, build business cases, and drive change through cross-functional projects • Work with stakeholders at high-value customers to solve problems that unlock growth and scale learnings across the Large Pro network • Program-manage strategic changes spanning multiple teams and months • Leverage GenAI tools such as Gemini and Claude to synthesize partner performance data and cross-functional insights • Identify strategic opportunities within Large Pro accounts, including pricing, product adoption, upsell, and retention risk • Partner with Account Managers or salespeople to shape strategies and talk tracks • Present strategy, data, or recommendations directly to pros to influence sales and upsell outcomes • Help sales and Account Management teams identify and structure opportunities

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree or higher • 8+ years of professional experience in consulting, finance, strategy, business development, or operations • Prior experience managing or leading people • Experience gathering data from various sources and driving strategic insight and decision-making at a senior level • Management consulting experience at a top firm strongly preferred • Experience building or scaling a team or function is a strong plus • Startup experience is a plus • Strong interest in Angi, home services, marketplaces, and product-driven organizations • Ability to set direction while owning individual work • Strong communication skills, especially translating complexity into a clear narrative for senior audiences • Data-driven approach and bias for action • Comfort with ambiguity and building structure where none exists • Ability to collaborate and influence across the organization, including with senior peers • Comfort working with internal and external stakeholders • Proactive use of GenAI tools such as Gemini and Claude • Authorization to work in the United States is requested in the application
