Beschreibung

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for augmenting the SDR team • Partner with internal teams and external agencies to refine processes, enhance workflows, and implement best practices for SDR and marketing operations • Align SDR and marketing strategies with broader revenue goals, optimizing lead generation, pipeline acceleration, and sales enablement • Improve SDR team efficiency and effectiveness through cross-functional collaboration • Establish standardized processes for tracking and measuring SDR and marketing performance • Bridge marketing, sales, and leadership teams to drive integrated growth strategies • Analyze performance metrics, market trends, and business insights to refine strategies • Monitor and report on SDR team performance and identify improvement opportunities • Develop data-driven recommendations to enhance productivity, conversion rates, and revenue impact • Identify and implement new tools, technologies, and methodologies • Stay current with industry trends, competitive analysis, and emerging best practices • Test, learn, and iterate on strategies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Analytics, or a related field • 10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, business development, or a related role • Preferably experience within sales development, marketing, or go-to-market functions • Proven track record developing and executing business strategies to optimize sales and marketing operations • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies • Experience with performance metrics, KPIs, and data visualization tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, and Google Analytics • Ability to influence and work with sales, marketing, operations, and leadership teams • Strong project management skills and experience leading initiatives across multiple stakeholders • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously • Ability to drive efficiency, process improvements, and scalable solutions • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to present insights and strategies clearly • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce and marketing analytics platforms • Strong Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis skills • Familiarity with sales development tools, automation platforms, and workflow optimization • SQL knowledge is a plus
