Beschreibung

• Manage Team Leads and direct the day-to-day commissioning of robotic cells • Plan and maintain commissioning schedules and workforce • Coordinate installation, engineering, and other commissioning managers • Coordinate handoffs and pre-commissioning validation • Schedule commissioning team members and contractors • Review performance, maintain site-status KPIs, and prepare reporting • Partner with cross-functional business leaders to prepare, plan, and launch site commissioning schedules • Build and manage budgets for each site and report commissioning and testing progress against budget targets and goals • Manage and lead multiple sites during the commissioning stage • Ensure proper resource allocation to meet target timelines and budgets • Present commissioning and testing progress reports to site support teams, Symbotic leadership, and customers • Develop, coach, and mentor Site Team Leaders and their direct reports • Lead daily scrum meetings for the operational team and participate in site scrum meetings • Participate in continuous production improvement, standardization, and improvement of installation and start-up processes • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or automated production management, or equivalent work experience • Minimum of 7 years’ experience as a team leader in automated commissioning systems • Expertise in Allen Bradley PLCs, Rockwell Automation platforms, and Siemens PLCs • Experience with HMI development and integration • Experience with ABB and Fanuc robots • Strong knowledge of Ethernet/IP, ProfiNet, and industrial networking protocols • Proficiency in PanelView Plus or similar interfaces • Experience with Linux and Windows environments • Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams • Knowledge of SQL and relational database management • Ability to manage multiple tasks, document procedures, and provide leadership in problem resolution • Proven experience troubleshooting automated systems • Self-starter able to take on increased responsibilities in a fast-paced role • Willingness to deepen knowledge of complex systems • Ability to collaborate across engineering teams • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, startup environment • Valid driver's license and ability to drive and/or fly to client and customer locations • Must comply with safety requirements and protocols, including lockout/tagout and fall protection • Ability to work at heights up to 45 feet and in restrictive areas of 24 inches • Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds • Ability to work in temperatures ranging from 105° to 32° Fahrenheit • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time
