Beschreibung

• Provision systems hardware, software, and related infrastructure • Install, configure, operate, and maintain systems • Support R&D people, processes, technology, and Engineering infrastructure • Participate in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation • Ensure hardware, operating systems, software systems, and procedures are operational, secure, and well maintained • Travel on short notice for network troubleshooting as needed • Manage day-to-day operations of Tanium’s infrastructure • Participate in planning short- and long-term IT goals and direction • Develop tools to automate tasks and integrate central IT services • Follow the change management process • Document system configuration, installations, and maintenance processes • Collaborate with DevOps and Engineering teams to resolve operational challenges and streamline workflows

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience • 2-3 years relevant work experience • Experience with Meraki network hardware and web interface • Direct experience working with AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud • Experience managing common services such as DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory • Familiarity with monitoring and analytics tools such as Nagios, Splunk, CheckMK, and/or DataDog • Basic understanding of common network technologies and protocols • Problem-solving skills to analyze complex situations and resolve technical challenges using commercial or open-source tools • Authorized to work in the U.S. • Preferred: 3-5 years relevant work experience • Preferred technologies: Tanium, Ansible, Python, Windows and Linux shell scripting, GitHub Enterprise, Artifactory, Jenkins, Cloudflare • Experience writing scripts in Python, Bash, and PowerShell • Initiative, motivation, excellent oral and written communication skills, teamwork, ethics, integrity, and ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment • Ability to travel on short notice as needed, expected travel 5% of time or less
