Beschreibung

• Provide overall operational leadership for medical record retrieval activities • Set vision, tone, objectives, and operational guidelines for the team • Lead release of information specialists to achieve goals efficiently and profitably • Organize and participate in client meetings • Standardize optimal processes with regional counterparts • Hire and retain talent, provide direction and accountability, coach and mentor employees, and manage performance • Maintain onsite coverage and arrange backup coverage when needed • Maintain time and attendance standards • Work with domestic and global partners to maintain turnaround time and quality standards • Maintain SOPs and ensure training completion • Conduct weekly one-on-one calls with direct reports • Manage new client implementations and customized projects • Schedule and attend client calls and respond to clients and Sharecare leadership • Prepare monthly portfolio presentations for senior leadership • Maintain process instructions and conduct client-specific training • Partner with Solutions and IT to troubleshoot connectivity issues • Monitor daily tracking and respond to client delivery and quality concerns • Assist with annual budgeting and fiscal planning • Review and improve financial performance, revenue, expenses, profits, and margins • Cultivate client relationships and identify growth opportunities • Strengthen client relations and coordinate with Client Success to ensure customer satisfaction

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree and prior experience preferred • Extremely team oriented • High proficiency in Microsoft products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, required • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment while prioritizing and meeting deadlines • Superior communication skills • Outstanding customer service and strong negotiation skills • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to handle confidential materials and information professionally • Availability to travel as needed, potentially extensively and including overnight stays • Ability to sit or stand for long periods • Ability to lift and carry 25 lbs. of materials • Speaking and hearing ability sufficient for effective communication • Eye/hand coordination, hearing, and visual acuity necessary for day-to-day tasks • Maintain privacy of patient, employee, and volunteer information • Comply with corporate integrity and security regulations • Report unethical, fraudulent, or unlawful behavior • Maintain current and annual HIPAA certification
