Beschreibung

• Conduct compliance monitoring, control testing, and audit activities to assess adherence to regulatory, client, and company requirements • Document findings, track corrective actions, and support remediation efforts • Maintain compliance records, evidence repositories, control inventories, and audit documentation • Assist with risk assessments, regulatory change management, and policy reviews • Analyze compliance data and prepare reports, dashboards, and management summaries • Monitor key compliance metrics and identify trends, risks, and potential control gaps • Support governance and ongoing maintenance of the Compliance Management System • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate compliance processes and reporting • Develop and maintain tools, workflows, and dashboards using Google Workspace technologies, including Google Sheets, Drive, Looker Studio, Forms, and Apps Script • Partner with Compliance, Operations, Technology, and business stakeholders to improve processes, data quality, and reporting capabilities

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience in compliance, audit, quality assurance, risk management, government contracting, or a related field is an asset • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets and Drive • Experience working within documented processes, controls, and governance frameworks • Experience with data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives • Exposure to compliance management systems, internal audits, or controls testing is beneficial • Familiarity with Google Apps Script, Looker Studio, SQL, Python, AI tools, or workflow automation technologies is considered a strong asset • Experience in a regulated industry is beneficial but not required • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail • Process Excellence • Collaboration • Communication • Emotional Intelligence • Open-Mindedness • Critical Thinking • Solution Orientation • Entrepreneurship • AI Proficiency • Data Literacy
