Beschreibung

• Own the product lifecycle for tDesign and define a roadmap aligned with Terray’s scientific and business goals • Present regularly to executive leadership and key stakeholders on product impact and strategy • Understand medicinal chemist, molecular design scientist, and small molecule program lead workflows • Build and improve features that address friction points in the design-make-test-analyze (DMTA) cycle • Translate complex internal scientific tools into intuitive, resilient user experiences • Act as the bridge between scientific stakeholders and engineering/AI teams • Partner with scientific stakeholders to translate technical specifications accurately into biological and chemical realities • Drive organizational alignment across scientific, engineering, and AI teams • Lead integration of AI agents and automated workflows into the user interface • Make advanced computational tools accessible to non-computational experts • Monitor user engagement and program success metrics • Continuously iterate on the tDesign platform using SaaS product principles • Report directly to the Chief Technology Officer

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years managing complex, highly technical software products in a tech-first, SaaS, or high-growth environment • Proven product fundamentals across discovery, definition, and execution • Demonstrated success building and managing complex internal tools or platforms for highly technical teams • Ability to understand complex AI/ML/computational concepts and translate them into user-facing features • Track record of shipping highly reliable, robust software in an agile environment • Ability to balance long-term vision with immediate scientific needs • Preferred: experience transitioning complex internal tools into external-facing enterprise products • Preferred: experience scoping requirements, defining SLAs, and managing expectations for sophisticated external clients • Preferred: ability to partner with SRE and DevOps teams to architect and deliver highly available software • Preferred: familiarity with secure VPCs and deployment in diverse, secure, or client-hosted cloud environments • Preferred: deep understanding of data privacy, security, and enterprise governance for sensitive proprietary datasets • Preferred: ability to balance internal stakeholder needs with requirements for broader external users
