Beschreibung

• Partner with ECM Ops to streamline and standardize data, reporting, and analysis across business units and brands • Align brand strategy and customer strategy to achieve and exceed business unit ECM KPIs • Drive action and connectivity between business units and ECM Customer teams • Partner with ECM business development teams during key planning cycles • Support eCommerce Operations teams in delivering business-unit KPIs • Own performance reporting and analysis for ECM Ops and Business Units • Analyze retailer- and category-level performance to identify eCommerce opportunities • Support category-level targets by ensuring actions are planned and results are shared with Business Units • Connect leading and lagging metrics to inform decision-making • Monitor and analyze competitor and customer trends affecting Kraft Heinz performance • Create visuals and presentations that communicate ECM performance to Business Units and executives • Integrate Business Unit reporting into ECM routines and standardize reporting practices • Streamline Business Unit reporting and trends into the ECM yearly planning process • Track ECM spend, support forecasting, and analyze return on Business Unit investment • Support spend planning, tracking, and integration into the ECM LE • Create Business Unit-facing analyses of estimated ECM investment returns on total brand performance • Gather and standardize incremental returns across customers and tactics

🎯 Anforderungen

• Passion for high performance and digital success • Ownership mentality around performance, data, internal partnerships, and planning • Strong CPG experience in Sales, Marketing, Category Leadership, Insights, or eCommerce • Strong analytical thinking skills and/or experience in performance reporting/analytics • Advanced proficiency in Excel • Ability to develop complex reporting using multiple datasets • Intermediate technical proficiency in SQL preferred • Strong project management skills and organization • Ability to communicate effectively as a trusted, simplistic storyteller at executive level • Experience presenting and representing a broader team in milestone moments with leaders • Experience building presentations with a storytelling framework • Motivated self-starter able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities • Strategic thinking and ability to connect consumer insights to business goals
