Beschreibung

• Manage a team of employees within the department • Oversee collaboration with internal departments to ensure high-quality feasibility assessments • Oversee assigned projects and deliverables, workload management, and resource assignments to meet contractual obligations • Oversee setup and conduct of allocated feasibility studies according to timelines, quality standards, and client expectations • Lead internal planning meetings and contribute to client kickoff and interim teleconferences • Collaborate on initial site list development and prioritization • Ensure accuracy and quality of survey-driven data and review/QC departmental deliverables • Analyze project status to ensure successful completion of milestones, timelines, and deliverables • Liaise with global, cross-functional teams including legal, biostatistics, clinical management, and project management • Identify potential risks and out-of-scope activity and discuss contingency plans with strategists and/or project managers • Manage project budget hours for the team • Ensure team members enter and update internal tracking tools • Develop best practices for feasibility conduct • Develop and deliver training on feasibility requirements and processes • Allocate staff to projects and manage workload assignments and priorities • Conduct regular performance appraisals and career discussions with staff • Recruit, induct, and retain staff • Contribute to development, testing, and maintenance of the feasibility system

🎯 Anforderungen

• Previous experience providing the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job, comparable to 5+ years • 1+ year of leadership responsibility • Equivalency may consist of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience • Strong judgment and decision-making skills • Strong analytical skills in reviewing data to make effective decisions • Strong management skills demonstrated through management of multiple projects and staff, with cross-functional and client interaction • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills • Strong leadership skills • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously • Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and directives • Good understanding of budgeting and forecasting, and managing to contractual expectations • Strong computer skills • Ability to work standard Monday-Friday schedule • Willingness and ability to travel, including occasional drives to site locations, frequent domestic travel and rare international travel
