Beschreibung

• Lead the design, implementation, interpretation, and review of inventory management plans to forecast supply for global clinical trials • Provide upfront and ongoing demand planning services for complex clients and accounts • Develop early demand plans, global inventory optimization strategies, proactive inventory management, portfolio management, and IRT setup consultation • Act as an informal leader within Client Services and support strategic development • Improve team processes, tools, and resources • Mentor and guide new hires and less experienced planners • Provide input into IRT medication management module user requirements and complete user acceptance testing when required • Review IRT strategies and adjust settings to optimize supply and demand • Optimize global and regional supply strategies to ensure continuity of patient supply • Develop client reports on actual project spend versus budget • Connect demand planning with S&OP and integrate current forecast information into the divisional S&OP process • Partner with enterprise, global, and site project management teams and customers to support supply chain planning • Ensure temperature excursion processes are completed as required • Establish and maintain financial forecasts and monthly billing processes for complex client projects • Assist with training and onboarding new employees • Stay current with cGMPs, GCPs, and other regulatory requirements • Promote the company vision and conduct activities safely and efficiently

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business/operations management highly preferred • High school diploma, or equivalent required • 5+ years of clinical supply chain and/or planning experience managing global supply chain design and logistics management, preferably relating to clinical program design and execution • 4+ years of experience if holding an advanced degree • Understanding of clinical supply requirements, phases of clinical development, and factors influencing study designs preferred • Knowledge of sound supply chain techniques • Knowledge of Interactive Response Technology (IRT) medication management modules • Familiarity with cGMPs, GCPs, and other regulatory requirements • Ability to manage demand planning projects in different systems • Ability to provide accurate forecasting information • Ability to use Thermo Fisher tools and technology • Clear, concise, and organized written and verbal communication • Ability to collaborate with colleagues, clients, project management teams, and customers
