Beschreibung

• Lead the Solutions function supporting new business development, strategic client opportunities, and retained revenue growth • Provide leadership across discovery, current-state assessments, solution design, technology demonstrations, proposal development, and agreement support • Lead, coach, develop, and evaluate the Solutions team • Foster a high-performing, collaborative team focused on accountability, continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence • Serve as lead solution design resource for large, complex, or strategic client opportunities • Partner with Sales leadership to strengthen win strategies, deal positioning, and conversion of qualified opportunities • Lead executive-level discovery sessions, workshops, solution presentations, and findings reviews • Translate client objectives, operational requirements, and challenges into scalable solution strategies • Support proposal development by defining solution scope, assumptions, and value propositions • Build partnerships with Sales, Implementations, Client Services, Technology, Product, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and executive leadership • Ensure solutions are practical, executable, implementation-ready, and aligned with company strategy • Develop and enhance Solutions processes, tools, templates, best practices, and performance metrics • Monitor team performance, KPIs, and business results to improve effectiveness and support revenue growth • Recommend enhancements to services, solution capabilities, and internal processes • Maintain expertise in transportation, logistics, TMS, and emerging industry trends • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, supply chain, logistics, engineering, or a related field • 8-10+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, consulting, solution design, or a related field • Experience working across a complex organizational matrix and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Experience building relationships, establishing credibility, solving problems, building consensus, and achieving business objectives • Progressive experience leading, motivating, coaching, and developing teams while holding individuals accountable • Strong consultative solution design experience supporting complex client environments and revenue-generating initiatives • Strong experience presenting to executive leadership • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook • Knowledge of transportation, logistics, and supply chain solutions • Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills • Strong consultative problem-solving and strategic thinking skills • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Visio or similar process-mapping tools • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies preferred • Availability to work occasionally on weekends and evenings during peak periods • Local travel required; limited out-of-state travel may be required for special training or conferences
