Beschreibung

• Lead and inspire Bureau Managers and Travel Service Partners across Northern Ireland • Manage and coach Bureau Managers to drive performance, recruitment and colleague development • Manage costs, expenses and resource profiling across the area • Ensure colleagues comply with health and safety, operational training, procedures and standards • Coordinate new bureau implementation and upgrades of existing bureaus • Drive product launches and in-store promotions and campaigns • Manage communication for store colleagues and Bureau Managers • Execute business plans designed by the Divisional Manager • Maintain ownership of area-specific plans supporting strategy delivery • Use data to prioritize interventions, improve business performance and optimize margins, including discount management • Build relationships with Head of Retail, Divisional Manager, Tesco store managers and internal support functions • Foster stakeholder collaboration to support commercial and operational objectives • Own budgets, revenue performance and operational efficiency across the area

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience managing multi-site retail or service operations, driving profitability, growth and operational efficiency • Proven ability to lead, coach and develop teams, including succession planning and performance management • Confident, decisive communication style and ability to motivate a team • Experience leading teams across multiple sites and achieving strong results • Willingness to learn, be hands-on and manage teams remotely • Strong record of performance delivery through increased customer service, sales and cost management • Background in a customer-facing environment • Excellent planning, organizational and decision-making skills • Operational capabilities • In-depth understanding of compliance and risk in a retail and financial services environment • Ability to analyse complex reports and take appropriate action • UK Driving License • Capability and willingness to travel across the assigned area; frequent travel required for business meetings and site visits outside the designated area
