Beschreibung

• Co-own AI and technology use-case discovery and rapid prototyping with the Lead Engineer • Identify and validate opportunities across the organization and turn them into working proof-of-concepts • Champion an AI-First product approach to accelerate discovery, decisions, and delivery • Drive a technology product roadmap for sourcing, purchasing, receiving, invoicing, and supplier payments • Provide internal teams with tools to control spend, capture and match invoices, and pay suppliers accurately and on time • Use data and business judgment to develop analytical insights for strategy and implementation success • Track measures including invoice cycle time, touchless processing rate, on-time payment, discount capture, and spend under management • Collaborate with procurement, accounts payable, operations, finance, engineering, business process, and data analytics teams • Ensure digital product solutions are designed, built, deployed, and optimized for business impact • Perform other duties as assigned and comply with company policies, standards, and workplace safety commitments

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in Digital Product Management or related leadership roles in complex, matrixed organizations • Experience in strategic planning, digital product lifecycle management, technology build vs. buy decision making, and customer-centric innovation • Strong background in leveraging analytics to guide strategic decisions • Experience discovering, prioritizing, and delivering AI or data-driven product use cases • Experience partnering closely with engineering to prototype and validate AI or data-driven product use cases • Experience with procure-to-pay, accounts payable, invoice automation, and spend management platforms • Hands-on experience configuring and optimizing Medius and Coupa • Proven ability to leverage P2P technology to increase touchless invoice processing, improve spend visibility and control, capture early-payment discounts, and strengthen supplier and three-way-match workflows • Ability to establish and drive technology product innovation • Ability to operate autonomously in a dynamic environment, manage multiple priorities, and drive strategic initiatives • Advanced proficiency in data analytics and business intelligence tools • Ability to identify high-value AI and automation use cases and rapidly prototype and prove them with the Lead Engineer • Comfort operating in an AI-First environment and using AI tools for research, analysis, and product decisions • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to collaborate effectively across various functions • Willingness and ability to travel 25%
