• Lead and mentor credentialed veterinary technician and assistant teams across multiple hospitals • Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality medicine and enhance patient safety • Collaborate closely with Group Medical Directors and Field Operators to influence patient outcomes • Promote Veterinary Technology as a rewarding career path • Develop and support training programs for Patient Care Associates

🎯 Anforderungen

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree • Minimum of 6 years of experience as a credentialed veterinary technician or in veterinary nursing • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience • Experience with adult learning, presenting, or public speaking • Must be a graduate of an AVMA-accredited veterinary technology program with an active license in good standing • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Proven ability to mentor and develop talent • Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and Microsoft Office • Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities • A collaborative mindset with a proven ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
